Project scope

Every swimming-pool and water-feature project is site-specific. Final services, equipment, materials, responsibilities, exclusions, prices, taxes, payment stages, timelines and warranty terms are stated only in the applicable written proposal or contract.

Civil, structural and electrical work

Civil, structural and electrical responsibilities are included only when explicitly stated. They may remain with the client or the client's appointed contractor, or may be separately coordinated through approved partners. Structurally complex, rooftop, elevated or infinity-edge pools may require review by appropriately qualified professionals.

Estimates and timelines

Any online examples, starting prices, cost guides or timelines are indicative only. Site conditions, design, access, labour, materials, approvals, weather, payment, changes and third-party dependencies can affect the final cost and schedule.

Equipment and warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply according to the relevant brand's terms. Aquaura's workmanship obligations, if any, are limited to the written project agreement and its exclusions. Warranty may be affected by misuse, unauthorised alteration, poor maintenance, water chemistry, power conditions, civil movement or work by others.
