Size, depth, circulation type, shell condition, waterproofing, equipment grade, finish, lighting, automation, access and location all change the cost. Workmanship coverage and manufacturer equipment warranties vary by scope, product and site conditions. The applicable warranty terms and exclusions are provided in the final proposal or contract. Do not rely on verbal assumptions.

A skimmer pool draws surface water through skimmer boxes and returns filtered water through wall inlets. It generally needs less balance-tank infrastructure than an overflow pool, but the right choice depends on design and usage.

An overflow pool allows surface water to spill into a channel and balance tank before filtration. It offers strong surface cleaning and a different visual effect, but requires more space, hydraulic planning and equipment.
